Harini Venkatesh
Founder/President/Curriculum Head
A rising 9th grader at Phillips Exeter Academy, Harini Venkatesh is an avid competitor in math and science at the national and state levels. This year, she was an AIME qualifier and placed 11th at the Texas State MATHCOUNTS Competition, for which she qualified in 6th and 7th grade as well, placing within the top 10% as a 7th grader. At the Texas State Science and Engineering Fair, Harini placed second in the Biomedical Engineering category. She also was the champion at the Regional Finals of the National Science Bee for two consecutive years, placing fourth at the National Championships in 2021. She also loves to teach, and is the founder of the Science Club at her school. Harini thoroughly enjoys unpacking difficult problems and finding methods to explain complicated concepts in the simplest of ways. When she's not doing math or science, Harini can often be found reading fantasy and mystery classics.
Medha Kandimalla
Co-founder/Secretary/Curriculum Head
Medha Kandimalla is a junior attending Jasper High School and is passionate about using education to build practical and critical thinking skills in children. She ranked 4th in the Plano district science fair in the robotics division and attended the Dallas regional science fair in 2019. She is enrolled in advanced math courses at her school and has taken AP Calculus BC. Medha has previous experience working with math students and believes that every student should be able to experience STEM through a curious and artistic approach. In her free time, Medha likes to play music and train her dog.
Pranav Hariharan
Co-founder/Instructor
A freshman in college at Texas A&M, Pranav Hariharan is a self-proclaimed STEM enthusiast. Two years ago, he qualified for AIME with a distinguished honor roll on the AMC 10A, and last year, he qualified for the AIME from the AMC 12 A as well. He has been a volunteer with North South Foundation for the past couple of years, where he volunteers as a math teacher. Over the years, he has participated in leadership roles at school clubs, started a Robotics club in middle school, and was the president of the French National Honors Society at his high school. Besides academics, Pranav enjoys being outdoors, has a passion for playing and watching cricket, and loves a good movie.
